Who we are

Ballooning in Florence is an airline with a history of over 20 years, born within the prestigious Balloon Team Italia group. Among its founders, Ivan Vastano stands out, a pilot with great experience and an extraordinary team spirit.

Over the course of two decades, numerous pilots of exceptional talent and unique characteristics have joined us. Among these, we proudly remember Guido Montemurro, who shone in various Italian and European championships.

Ivan Vastano himself can boast a second place at the Italian Championships , testimony to our commitment to excellence.

Ballooning in Florence is a dynamic group in constant growth. We are currently welcoming two new drivers into our " family ", and in the case of Luca Vastano , this word takes on an even more special meaning, embodying an authentic father-son bond.

Flying is not only our job, but above all our passion. Every action we take is permeated by love for what we do.

Our greatest gratification is being able to convey emotions to all the people who come into our world, exactly as we ourselves get excited every day when we "take our feet off the ground".

Our hot air balloon airline is subject to the supervision of ENAC (National Civil Aviation Authority) and we hold pilot licenses for public passenger transport and aerial work.
